We are looking for candidates eager to fulfil the following role:
Business Support Officer Mon-Fri 9am – 5.30pm Salary £17,500 Ref: BSOG19.6
This is a very exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to be part of a small team in an expanding business. After a period of learning your office based role would be to provide administration support in the development of new customers and to take great care of existing ones, not afraid of taking and making phone calls and keen to do a great job first time you’ll be adding to our strong commitment to customer satisfaction. The role will involve effectively handling telephone and email enquiries, accurately processing orders, providing quotations, dealing with suppliers, processing returns, handling stock, some warehouse duties, and general sales administration.
The right candidate would:
• Have previous experience in an administration role
• Be great with computer systems
• Be an excellent communicator on the phone and face to face
• Be an excellent all rounder
• Be able to thrive on challenges
• Be endearing to customers and colleagues alike
